Dinesh Balraj is an experienced leader in Ship Management with over 22 years of experience in the maritime industry. He has a proven track record in producing quality business outcomes through dynamic Leadership, Strategic thinking, and Collaboration.

As the Head of Fleet Operations East at A.P.Moller-Maersk, Dinesh is responsible for managing a fleet of 185 vessels ensuring safe, reliable, and energy efficient operations, drawing upon his extensive background in various roles as a Chief engineer, Classification Surveyor, Fleet Superintendent and a Fleet Manager.

As a member of Fleet Management and Technology leadership team he drives strategic initiatives, cultural transformation, decarbonisation and operational excellence across teams.

Dinesh holds an executive MBA from Henley Business School and Masters in Maritime Studies from Nanyang Technological University.
