Vibin is a mechanical engineer by trade and has served the maritime industry for the last 17 years. His early career was spent at several shipyards in India and the Middle East mostly handling the engineering, commissioning and overhauling of main and auxiliary machineries and piping systems. He joined ABS as a plan approval engineer and has been working on several decarbonization projects such as implementation of energy efficiency technologies for EEXI & CII improvement, retrofit and bunkering feasibility of alternative fuels, digital twin development and performance improvement using simulation software etc.
