Mr. Dughall Aitken is the Chief Executive of the Spica Services Group. Headquartered in Singapore, the Group comprises Spica Services, a P&I Correspondent representing the International Group of P+ I Clubs. Boyd Marine Consultants (BMC), a Marine Surveying and Consultancy business and Asia Maritime Claims Services, providing claims handling services to the Hull and Machinery, Fixed Premium P&I and general marine liability markets.

The Group operates a network of 25 offices in South East Asia through which they have handled numerous high profile casualties, including collisions, groundings, sinkings and pollutions. Dughall has extensive casualty and pollution management experience and has dealt closely with government and commercial bodies throughout the Region for close to 30 years.
